• We ship each order within 2-3 days after confirmation of order.
• Shipping usually takes 3-6 days after shipping.
• We ship to all over the country.

Returns/Replacement:

• We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied for any reason (T&C Apply), you can return/replacement most books within 72hr of the delivery date.

• We will provide you instructions on how to return the book.
• Once a package is received, the buyer can opt to return the order/consignment at their cost. The buyer would be responsible to manage the return process along with the revers shipping charges.
• Please note that there are a few exceptions to our return policy, such as used books, digital books, and personalized items.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned book and it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the book, excluding any shipping charges.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address .
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by delivery agencies.
• Package refused by recipient.
• Products returned in a damaged condition.
• Missing contents of the product.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your order any time before it ships.
